RHDC addresses affordable housing issues in several ways:
- Development of new single family homes and the rehabilitation of existing single family homes for re-sale to low and moderate income families.
- Rental properties – Beautifully maintained and professionally managed to offer reduced rents for low and moderate income households.
- Housing Rehabilitation Program – We are able to assist homeowners with low and moderate incomes to make necessary repairs to maintain the safety of their homes and the appearance of their neighborhoods.
In the early morning of March 5, 2012, a fire broke out which completely destroyed our offices. Fortunately, no one was injured! We are rebuilding and confident we will return “home” to 4250 Brockton Avenue, Riverside, CA within the next year. We are temporarily working out of the second floor of the Greater Riverside Chamber of Commerce building, located at 3985 University Avenue, Riverside, CA 92501.
