For 27 years, the Inland Empire Future Leaders Program (IEFLP) has been creating opportunities for local youth. IEFLP has been making a tremendous impact on low graduation rates and even lower college enrollment rates by producing some of the most successful and motivated students to emerge from the Inland Empire. IEFLP provides a week-long summer leadership conference for eighth- and ninth-grade students in San Bernardino and Riverside counties that motivates students and teaches leadership skills and characteristics to impact their schools and communities.
